Позвонил узнать пришла ли посылка .Мне говорят: "Не знаю, перезвоните потом" .Как понять потом? Вы на работе! И ещё, в конце августа заказывал с сайта посылку, она до сих пор не пришла, чуть ли не каждый день заходил .Постоянная очередь, люди на выходе стоят аж. Работает один человек, а второй ни чем не занимается просто сидит. Можно было бы ставить -5 звёзд, поставил бы !

Очень неудобный график работы, но если даже успеваешь до времени закрытия, а отделение уже закрыто раньше времени... Уведомления о посылках приходят вообще поздно через 2 недели или вообще не приходят. Обслуживают очень медленно, если даже два работника, один вечно чем то занят, но только не обслуживанием клиентов. Ждали срочную телеграмму - не доставили сразу же?! Один негатив...
