Да, жесть там работники. Недавно заходила посылку. Пришла в 18:45. Там была небольшая очередь. Через несколько минут сотрудница начала говорить, что почта работает до 20.00и кто-то может не успеть, так что, типа… не ждите, особенно последние. Ладно. Дождалась я очереди. И у сотрудника «завис» комп. Я говорю: обслужите меня. А мне отвечают -комп завис, не можем. Я вижу, что сотрудник работает в компьютере и говорю: не хорошо обманывать. На это мне ответили какой то грубостью. В общем, если не хотите съэкономить в деньгах, то придется заплатить нервами (эмоциями). На почте россии, особенно в этом отделении «совок» процветает. Мудрази одним словом.

Сразу могу сказать, угораздило меня зайти на почту рядом с домом! Ужасное отношение, отсутствие работников, компенсируется хамством оставшихся работников! Пытался сдать письма с описью, но хамоватая женщина пенсионного возраста, просто грубо мне их вернула, сказала "оформляйте их в соответствии с установленным на почте регламентом... Я устала всем объяснять читайте..."! и вынула из под стола инструкцию к заполнению... то есть то что я отстоял очередь, пока она своему хорошему знакомому выдавала по полчаса каждое заказное письмо, и потраченные денежные средства на конверты, все это впустую. Возникает вопрос: То что я поставил город впереди, а не позади (в соответствии с их новой инструкцией) приведет к тому, что письмо не дойдет по назначению? Почта России это уже "притча во языцах", реформы ни к чему не привели, хотите окунуться в хамство совдепии, сходите в это отделение связи! Я больше не пойду, хоть и рядом живу.
