Почта РФ, что тут скажешь. Один сотрудник, очередь, бардак, сотрудник не знает, что где лежит, выполняет множество обязанностей. Вообщем мало что изменилось с 2010г.

Постоянный клиент этого отделения... очереди как и везде. Всегда работает только один оператор, хотя окон для обслуживания два. Работа до 17 ч, хотя в расписании до 18, после 17 посылку не примут. Попросил посчитать сколько будет стоить отправка в Китай - это вызвало трудности у оператора, в итоге сказала - дорого, не уточнив сумму... ) в другой день хотел купить маленькую коробку для упаковки объектива, мне кивнули на полку что мол берите бОльшую, так как только большие есть в продаже. Зачем мне огромная, за 450 если маленькая 100 стоит... нет коробок - заказывайте, это не так трудно. Отправить операторов на курсы вежливости.

Единственное почтовое отделение в городе. Которое не понятно по каким причинам устроили себе выходной по понедельникам. На каком основании. Уже не первый раз подводят. Гос структура ведь вся отдыхает по выходным. А эти чем выделены ?!

Они в субботу зато работают.не нравится их график,идите в другое отделение.тем более,что они люди подневольные.а вы просто истеричка.
