Вроде 21 век на дворе, а стоят яжматери за пособиями! Карту мир слабо завести??? Отправления приходят на почту очень долго! Но это вина не самого отделения ,а мАскофских менегеров с их оптимизацией! Посылки пока не объедут всю страну-до адресата..........уже несколько отправлений почта где-то потеряла! В самом отделении неоднократно были замечены тараканы! Куча народа,которая кто в лес- кто по дрова! Самих операторов не хватает- потому и нервные другие операторы... Посылки долго регистрируются по приходу в отделение.... Компьютеры древние и постоянно зависают программы без которых не получить посылку!

Отвратительное отделение, работники не понятно вообще где их набрали,! 😡Ждала справку об отсутствии судимости, два месяца, когда терпение лопнуло, начала выяснять почему так долго нет справки, а как оказалось моя справка месяц валялась на почте, теперь опять ждем заказное письмо с другой страны, отследили его, опять впляеться на почте, пошли разобраться, и услышали от начальницы, что им не когда, что у них людей не хватает, а то что это документы очень важные, их это не интересует.
