После ремонта стало лучше. Приятный внешний вид, электронные очереди. К сожалению, почта есть почта и без проблем она существовать не может. Потеряли посылку, когда она по треккоду уже пришла в отделение. После первого обращения обещали в ближайшее время позвонить и оповестить, но через две недели ожидания решился сходить к ним сам. И это было верным решением, потому что никто даже не знал о том, что мне нужно позвонить! Удивительный сервис.

Уважаемое отделение! С бумажными деньгами давно никто не ходит, везде и всюду БЕЗНАЛ. Поэтому ОГРОМНАЯ ПРОСЬБА обзавестись терминалом, как минимум, сбербанка в своём учреждении, чтобы бедного клиента, который получает посылку, не гонять снимать наличные через пол города в ближайший банкомат. К почте России отдельная и очень убедительная просьба: УКАЗЫВАТЬ ПОЛНУЮ СУММУ к оплате за посылку, ВКЛЮЧАЯ НАЛОЖЕННЫЙ ПЛАТЁЖ в смс о поступлении посылки в отделение. Чтобы опять же, не издеваться над клиентами, которые ВЫНУЖДЕНЫ мотаться по городу, снимая вашу грё*аную комиссию за наложенный платёж в банкоматах у чёр*а на рогах. Так как об этой комиссии ваше отделение сообщает шёпотом только при оплате на кассе. Относитесь к клиентам по человечески ибо к вам относиться они будут также!

Ремонт сделали, а сотрудников подстать ремонту набрать забыли..... до ремонта работали женщины очень оперативно. А сейчас, что?! Как в больнице сидеть в очереди по 2 часа?!
