Это что за отзывы 😂😂😂 нет желания вообще Туда заходить , вечно работает только одно окно . Вечером просто открываешь дверь и закрываешь , потому что народу столько , что стоять негде . Сколько была , то огроменные очереди . Больше всего поражает неторопливость работников , они поболтают , и обсудят что нибудь , когда народ просто охреневает от происходящего . Хожу Тула просто по крайней необходимости , просто ужас !!! Заставьте их уже наконец работать и чтоб оба окошка работало !!!

Отделение требует ремонта. Сотрудники выполняют свою работу хорошо, всегда помогут, подскажут в случае чего, жаль конечно что им приходиться работать в разваливающем помещении под вывеской Почта банка. В виду того что обслуживает данный отдел достаточно много народу, помещение и специалистов должно быть больше.

Соглашусь с предыдущим отзывом. Всё время работает только одно окно, из-за этого большие очереди. Сотрудники не вежливы и не приветливы. Иногда звонят что нужно подойти и забрать посылку, это конечно плюс.
