На звонки не отвечают. Посылку для отправки задерживают👎👎👎. Кое как вернулу не отправленную посылку, но денег которую взяли типа за доставку НЕ вернули. А еще место себя поставили молодую девчонку каторая ничего в этом деле не знает, ГОВОРЯТ ПОЗВОНЯТ- с чего бы они позвонят, не знают как звонить клиентам.

Ставлю все 5 звёзд, так как нигде так не обслуживают, как в 5 отделении! Операторы приветливые, всегда помогут с оформлением посылки, подскажут как лучше, и здесь я всегда получаю ответы на свои вопросы касаемо отправлений. Зимой в холод, выручала доставка 👍🏼 Доставляет очень приятная женщина почтальон, всего то за 100 руб. Сэкономил кучу времени и денег!
