Ранее оставляла отзыв. "Прекрасная женщина Мария Николаевна работает в этом отделении! Всё быстро, чётко, понятно. Очень вежлива и доброжелательна! Причём всегда! Большое ей спасибо!" Сегодня 10.10.24 не принимают отправления совсем , зачем-то сидит какое-то "чудо", всё пусто. Если отделение не работает, то закройте его совсем!!!

11.12.2022 в 16:00-16:10 обратилась в данное отделение для отправки посылки. Здороваюсь, на меня недовольно смотрят, говорю, что мне посылку надо отправить. Сотрудник возмущенно в ответ говорит, что она до 3 часов принимала сегодня посылки (рабочий день до 5 вечера, ну и я пришла не за 10 минут до закрытия). Я стою в недоумении, некоторое время в голове пытаюсь сложить пазл, моя лень и отсутствие другого свободного времени, не позволяет мне уйти с этой коробкой обратно домой, и говорю : "И что?". Мне отвечают, и то, что посылка уйдет только во вторник, я повторяю свой вопрос: "И что?". В итоге начали оформление. По отслеживанию посылки я увидела, что она уже на следующий день была в другом городе, т.е. движение посылки началось сразу, а не через 2 дня. Я заходила без каких либо претензий по времени и дате отправки моей посылки, я не залетела в отделение с криками срочно и прямо сейчас, к чему была это прелюдия, я так и не поняла, если ваш сотрудник принимает отправление до 3 дня, то какой смысл ставить рабочий день до 5 вечера, или это самовольничество самого сотрудника? Научите разговаривать своих сотрудников с людьми и нормально объяснять без претензий, к чему нападки на людей, не успели они только зайти в отделение, я не домой к вашим сотрудникам прихожу и не в их свободное время, а в рабочее время и хочу воспользоваться услугами связи.

Отличное отделение почты, вежливый персонал, быстрое обслуживание, хоть и бывают сбои у них в программах, но это ни разу не отразилось на качестве обслуживания
