Часто приходится бывать в этом почтовом отделении. Сотрудники работают очень быстро и грамотно. Всегда приятно заходить.

УЖАС!!! Других слов нет.... Пинают с одного окна в другое, клиентоориентированности 0! Навигации никакой. Пояснить где и в каком окне выдают посылки не могут.... Это полбеды... Работают на столько МЕДЛЕННО!!! Подходишь к окну, стоишь, и пока оператор не решит свои проблемы ты ждёшь... А решать он может их 3-5 минут... И так постоянно! Плюс координации работы ни какой... Ну и вишенка на торте, это отказ принять карту, т.к. расчёт за данный тип посылки только наличными... толковых пояснений почему так оператлр не дала...

Здесь люди ненавидят свою работу. На мученических лицах сотрудников читается: "А что вы все от меня хотите за такую зарплату? 😟" Увидеть очередь из трёх человек не удаётся- обычно пять и более. Ожидание от получаса. Работает одно окно. В другом окне девушка что-то оформляет, просить о чем-либо бесполезно, остальные сотрудники ходят туда-сюда. И так каждый день. При этом: своим знакомым всё выдается быстро, без очереди, не стесняясь никого, через "нерабочее" окно. Был случай когда посылку отдали постороннему человеку. Он заметил, что посылка чужая, вернул. Но уже вскрытую. Акт не составляли, скотчем перемотали и закинули на полку. Ещё: Уведомления о приходе посылки перестали отправлять. Вообще. Ни бумажки, ни звонка, ни смс, ничего. Безобразие и беспредел. Была бы возможность перевестись в другое отделение- без оглядки бы сбежали.

Работает только одно окно, чтобы получить посылку, нужно отстоять в очереди почти час, ужасное отношение к клиентам

Ужасное обслуживание! Чтобы получить посылку можно спокойно полчаса простоять в очереди. Минимум! Работает только одно окно!!!
