Почта всегда устраивала ,хожу часто , но получилось так что пришло заказное письмо на мою бабушку, которая в данный момент очень сильно болеет , проходя курс химиотерапии ,естественно человек в таком состоянии не может даже передвигаться , поэтому взяв свой паспорт ,паспорт бабушки , извещение пошла попросить получить письмо , культурно попросив и все объяснив начальнице этого отделение , получили отказ , спасибо таким работникам и людям , сразу видно добрые люди ! Желаю вам никогда не оказаться в такой ситуации !

Мое общение с этим отделением происходит обычно с Еленой Вадимовной. Сотрудник, пожалуй, ломающий стереотипы. Поможет, объяснит, проверит заполненные бланки/наличие мелких пакетов/отправлений по фамилии, внимательна, сосредоточена, спокойна. Так и не скажешь, что работает на Почте России за наверняка небольшую зарплату. Сменив место жительства, по-прежнему заказываю на это отделение, поскольку со своим нынешним связываться нет никакого желания. Имя сотрудника, которого я бы поставил на второе место, к сожалению, не помню. Если не Елена Вадимовна работает с посетителями, то эта женщина. Тоже хороший сотрудник. Хотя бывало, что оставался осадок, но в 1% случаев. Её оцениваю на 5-. Если вижу других двух сотрудников отделения, в том числе управляющую, закрадывается мысль "а не зайти ли мне позже?". Если бы только они занимались работой с клиентами, то не выше 3 получилось бы)
