За последний год, скорость обслуживания резко улучшилась. Есть работницы, которые работают со скоростью пулемёта, есть кто и послабже. Обеденный перерыв с 13-14. Нормальное отделение. 4 балла

Не соответствует режим работы. В официальном приложении почты России написано без перерывы, в дубль гис что перерыв до 15 00. Исправьте уже наконец то свой режим работы.

Очень плохое обслуживание, оператор Ерошена Юлия Евгеньевна в грубой форме просила не занимать очередь,хотя время до закрытия было ещё 17:30. Очень не удобный график для клиентов.
