Раньше было лучшим отделением ! Теперь это ад ! Новые сотрудники работают медленно ! Где сотрудники профессионалы которых вы уволили ? Раньше очереди были 3-4 человека , теперь 30!

05.11 очередь 15 человек, письма с описью отправить можно только во втором окне. Принимают очень медленно, если письмо с описью, то проверяют наличие и соответствие названию/ дате каждый документ.

Очень хорошо, что почта дошла до записи в отделение, еще лучше, когда несколько раз запись на 9 утра была подтверждена, есть только один минус - отделение в это время было закрыто. Около двери висит официальное расписание с 8-20, а рядом криво напечатанная с 10-19. Почему тогда была допущена моя запись???

Хорошая работа операторов. Получала посылки, все очень быстро, очереди почти нет. А самое главное удалённая работа с клиентом идёт. Из за переезда нет возможности забрать посылки. Так мне звонят, предупреждают о посылке, потом пересылают по моему месту нахождению. Уже даже запомнили меня как частого клиента))) спасибо большое за такую работу и девушке оператору, к сожалению, имя не знаю ((((
