Качество обслуживания отвратительное ! На вопросы не дают ответ полный игнор посетителей , три раза спросила у оператора Светланы где получить заказное письмо полный деманстративный игнор , это что за отношение к людям ?

Очень ужасно, хотел отправить заказное письмо, но не получилось. Зал, где продают конверты, якобы не работает, хотя сотрудники там есть. Прошу принять меры, ваши работники халявщики!!!

Работаю в ООО пять лет, через Почтовое отделение № 9 отправляю и получаю письма, с хамством не сталкивалась, с очередью на улице тоже. Да, действительно обслуживание медленное, на очередь в три- пять человек можно потратить 1-1,5 часа времени. Но это скорее вопрос к руководству АО ПОЧТА РФ, оборудование(в том числе и компьютеры) старое, программное обеспечение оставляет желать лучшего, у нас в стране только ФНС отличилась в программном обеспечении, и контроль, и информирование, и доступность, и удобство для заполнения деклараций как для физ.лиц так и для ИП и ООО. А Руководство АО Почта РФ другим озабочено, как у Правительства РФ взять 85 млрд. руб. на "свое развитие". Это как нужно презирать своих сотрудников, чтобы выставить в открытом доступе для воров и и закрытом доступе и обзоре для сотрудника почты открытых прилавков с продуктами... СЛОВ НЕТ!!! БОЛЬНАЯ ФАНТАЗИЯ РУКОВОДСТВА!!! Правильно кто-то заметил, что на почте конвертов нет в продаже, коробок для посылок не всегда в наличии, зато макароны бери не хочу... Спросила у сотрудника почты, как Вам нововведение, она говорит уже 2 банки тушенки украли, бомжа отгоняли не один раз, толи еще будет... Говорю у Вас профсоюз есть , обращайтесь, она только рукой махнула, говорит из Москвы проверка едет, чтобы проверить как мы торгуем... ПИПЕЦ!!!
