Отделение откровенно испортилось. Года два-три назад всегда все чётко было, быстро, приятные девушки работали, теперь же постоянно хамство, наплевательское отношение, отказ в выдаче посылок, вечно у них, как ни придешь, то система висит, то нет света, то они уже не работают, хотя до конца рабочего дня ещё полчаса или больше. Про график вообще отдельная песня, многие уже писали об этом. Пытаются обманывать вдобавок ко всему: летом отправлял бандероль (несколько листов бумаги), обычно такие письма стоят в районе 200 рублей, оператор назвала сумму в 470 рублей или около того, в глаза врала, что теперь стоит именно так (ага, как же, сайт почему-то считает иначе). Куда пойдут эти деньги? Ей в карман? Ну, наверное. Развернулся и ушел, отправил бандероль в двадцатом отделении за 160~ рублей 🤷‍♂️ Теперь посылки всегда оформляю онлайн на сайте, дабы не нарваться на таких вот особ. Будьте внимательны, сверяйте чеки и делайте выводы.

Забирала несколько раз посылки. Всегда быстро и без проблем. Бывает программа подвисает, и то быстро отдают. Не совпадает расписание с 2гис, так объявление висит с новым расписанием на двери и извинениями за неудобство. С зарплатой работников почты не удивительно, что работать некому. Спасибо работникам отделения номер2 на Жукова, 7.

За персонал ставлю "5". Девушки работают на отлично, стараются. Оператору Марине Ивановой, не хватает слов чтобы выразить мое восхищение!!! Очень креативная, доброжелательная.

Вот если непредвзято рассматривать, то конкретно в этом отделении почты, персонал более чем адекватный...девчата просто выполняют свою работу. За 5 лет притензий к ним ни разу не возникло, а даже наоборот хочется им сказать спасибо.
