Отстояв очередь в течение 1,5 часов. Женщина отказалась выдать посылку по трек номеру, не смотря на то, что изначально это было возможно сделать ( я спросила, когда зашла). После грубых выражений она удалилась в другую комнату, посылку я не получила. Ужасно не компетентные работники.

Беда. В "час пик" оставлять открытой по одной кассе - это бред. У людей есть другие дела, кроме как стоять в очередях на почте. Вопрос к руководству, надо выводить в такое время больше сотрудников…
