Впечатления противоречивые, зависят от того, на какого специалиста нарвешься. Особенно не радует, когда в приложении Почты России пишут, что посылка готова к выдачи, приходишь туда, а тебе отвечают, что они её "еще не успели выложить на полку, приходите потом". В общем, как всегда - все усилия по улучшению сервиса разбиваются о нежелание работать сотрудников-недотёп.

Самое отвратительное отделение почты в городе, написан режим работы один тут, а почта работает по какому то другому режиму, очереди аж на улице люди стоят постоянно...

Уезжал в отпуск. За время отсутствия, пришло заказное письмо. На уведомлении стояла дата: до 17.09.2025г., до которой я могу его получить. Как раз, 17.09.2025г. я вернулся в город! Явился в почтовое отделение 17.09.2025г.. Отстоял очередь. Не получил... Заявили, что отправили обратно. И, ещё. Чтобы опубликовать этот отзыв, мне надо зарегистрироваться: либо вТвитере, либо в Вконтактах... Позвольте! А зачем вы принуждаете меня регистрироваться в этих социальных сетях? Есть, ещё третья опция: Зарегистрироваться через электронную почту. Жму! Пишет, что такая почта уже существует! Конечно существует! Это же моя почта, я её открывал и пользуюсь ею! В чём проблема то? Вы хотите навязать мне ещё другую электронную почту?
