Нормально работающее почтовое отделение, пользовался его услугами в 90-е годы, но в дальнейшем наш дом на ул. Марковского прикрепили к 49 отделению. Возможно, в 97 отделении, как и во всех отделениях Почтового Ведомства наступило улучшение! Успехов вам в очень нужной жителям Красноярска вашей работе!

Одно из лучших отделений. Если нет очереди, то даже пачку заказных писем удаётся отправить за считанные минуты. Всегда вежливые и приветливые операторы. Спасибо за работу!

Ну тааакое конечно ваша почта. Жалко что тут нет оф представителя который бы отдувался за работников. Очень оочень очень очень долгое обслуживание, на самом деле могу еще парочку ОЧЕНЬ написать, вот на столько долгое. Не стоял столько в очередях с 90х когда с мамой ходил на телеграф

Поддержу последних двух пользователе с их положительными отзывами. Пользуюсь услугами этого отделение уже больше 2 лет. По служебной необходимости отправляем корреспонденцию практически ежедневно. Скажу честно, считаю, что мне прям повезло, что в моём доме есть почтовое отделение вообще, и дважды повезло, что с таким обслуживанием. В нынешнем составе, мне кажется, у них сложился очень даже неплохой коллектив. Доброжелательны и улыбчивы эти стрессоустойчивые барышни, даже в дни выплаты пенсий - самую горячую пору. Приятно, что в случае стихийного возникновения очереди, начальник отделения самолично посильно помогает операционистам, поэтому я и не помню, чтоб томилась когда-то там очередях. Считаю, что такой уровень обслуживания населения, при такой-то физической и психической нагрузке, нужно обязательно поддерживать премированием.
