Вечная очередь тут! Но сейчас добавили электронные талончики - стало поприличнее, меньше ругани с теми кто без очереди пролезть любит. И три окна все время работают. Девчонки вежливые, приятно.

Абсолютно некомпетентные сотрудники во главе с Начальником данного филиала, отправляли небольшую посылку по городу, на другой берег в ИК-22, посылка вернулась обратно через 2 дня, один из которых был выходной! Оператор сообщила, что вернули ИК, узнавайте там! Естественно, была взята оплата за отправку и возврат. Когда повторно пришли разобраться с ситуацией, потому что дозвонились до ИК (а это было очень сложно,кто знает!), объяснение сотрудника почты было совершенно другое- идите разбирайтесь с отделением на Свердловской...почему они отправили обратно посылку! Это как! Поэтому к решению вопроса была приглашена "Начальник"отделения, которая в грубой и надменной форме отрапортовала, чтобы мы сами выясняли судьбу посылки на Свердловской, на просьбу связаться как-то по корпоративной связи и выяснить проблему внутри отделений, категорично заявила и указала на телефон 8800...Для чего нужны Ваши услуги? Для кого? Почему такое бездушие...Не забывайте, что мы отстояли и на отправку и на возврат и на решение вопроса...Т.е. провели в этом "ужасном" учреждении почти полдня, не получив услуги за свои деньги, а получив только хамское к себе отношение...
