Наше отделение номер 13 очень хорошее ! Девчонки такие все добрые , отзывчивые , а самое главное терпеливые . Потому что есть люди которые доведут до истерики мертвого ! Всегда подучишь ответ на вопрос , все спокойно и в порядке очереди ! А кому не нравится что то - это , к сожалению , от человека зависит , ему везде что то не нравится ! Короче девчонкам крепких нервов , терпения !

Нормальное отделение я хоть и не слишком часый клиент здесь но сколько обращался всегда получал ответ одекватный звонил тоже бывает долго берут трубку ине с первого раза дозвонился, но как я понимаю нет специального человека который сидит и отвечает на звонки люди работают заняты тем что обслуживают людей которые пришли и стоят и так же ждут пока их обслужат им в первую очередь и внимание работников отделения видел не раз как бабушки выносят мозг там в отделении, где тут хватит нервов бывает что пылят но когда видят что ты одекватно реагируешь с пониманием о тносишся то тут же отходят и отвечают с добром и улыбкой. Если хочеш чтобы к тебе относились хорошо относись ты так.

05.10.18 зашел на почту за переводом. Штал татьяна сергеевна встретила с улыбкой поздаровалась все как положено. Проконсультировала и обслужила быстро. Приятно знать, что почта прогресирует .персонал молодой а работает быстро! 13 отделение так держать!
