Отвратительное отделение!!!! В какое бы время не зашла, работает 1 окно. Ждешь по часу , а то и более! Написано без обеда на вывеске, дубльгисе, Но как не попросишь позвать второго человека, он обедает.!!! Примите меры, данная ситуация постоянная в этом отделении!!!!!!

Отвратительное обслуживание,подходишь на одну кассу,а тебе говорят,что не работают.Обслуживание по 40 минут одного человека!!! Вопрос вы где таких берете ? Они вообще работать не хотят?Никакой квалификации,вы вообще обучаете их чему-либо ?Грубят посетителям,проверьте на проф пригодность сотрудников!!!!

Конкретно в этом отделении, по-моему, вообще ничего нельзя получить. ВЕЧНЫЕ очереди, ВЕЧНО новые сотрудники, которых ВСЕГДА не хватает. И ВЕЧНО нет почтальонов!!!! Заказные письма на Солнечную НИКОГДА не можем получить. При чем в интернете пишут: "Неудачная попытка вручения", которой даже НЕ БЫЛО. И бесполезно с ними бороться. Один ответ : "Жалуйтесь на Ленина главпочтампт". Только мы всегда все почему-то забываем о том, что не место красит человека, а человек место. И если сами работники данного отделения хоть немного бы постарались быть лучше - может и населению было бы проще. Где это видано, чтобы почтовую корреспонденцию отдавали просто бабушке, жильцу такого-то дома и подъезда, чтоб она почту там разложила. Ну не дурдом? По-моему попахивает... Спасибо.

Ужасное отделение очередь 20 человек на одного человека по 10 минут окон 3 а работает только 1 электронный терминал не работает
