Подхожу к почте за 20 минут до закрытия чтобы забрать важную посылку. А она уже закрыта. Вы для кого график пишите. Явно не для людей. Могли бы ему соответствовать для приличия, деньги же за это получаете. Спасибо за шикарное настроение на весь день

Хочу выразить благодарность девочкам с почтового отделения 23, постоянно обращаюсь по разным вопросам, отправить письмо или получить посылку... ни разу не было хамского обращения. как написано ниже... всегда улыбаются, приветливы. Кроме того, так же хочу сказать спасибо девочке-почтальону которая работает на посылках (часто заказываю товар с Али экспресс) очень оперативно сообщает о доставленной посылке (к сожалению не знаю ее имени). Девочки спасибо за ваш нелегкий труд. сама знаю, что работать с людьми очень тяжело, всем не угодишь. Вы молодцы, так держать! Очень жаль, что нет конкурса на лучшее почтовое отделение, думаю Вы заняли бы первое место. Спасибо Вам.

Периодически получаю здесь посылки и только в 30% почтальоны приносят уведомление на получение, в других случаях нужно самому отслеживать направление по трек-номеру и с ним идти в отделение. Но даже в этом случае оператор умудрятся ответить "у нас ничего нет", хотя трек говорит об обратном. Не понятно, почему в 2020 году слово "сервис" так и остается чем-то далеким для ПР.
