Никакой клиентоориентированности. Ни одна нормальная компания сейчас не закрывается на обед! Организовывайте обед своим сотрудникам так чтобы для этого не приходилось парализовывать работу всего предприятия на целый ЧАС

Это, наверное, самое ужасное почтовое отделение в городе. Операторы - хамки, у заведующей ЧСВ высотой с Останкинскую телебашню. Ни на один вопрос ответить нормально не могут, сразу начинают выпендриваться.

Обычно пишут отзывы, когда случаются неприятности, но я хочу похвалить наше отделение. Время работы очень удобно, прихожу в 19,00 и почти всегда спокойно, без очереди поучаю пакеты, девочки работают оперативно, особенно после установки талонной системы обслуживания. Оставила номер своего телефона в отделении, присылают смс уведомления. Всегда чисто. Работники вежливы.
