Ужасное отношение, вчера посылку так и не получил, оператору было некогда. Сегодня будет попытка номер 2.

03.11.2020 г. пришла получить заказное письмо. Получаю всегда вместо мужа по Доверенности. Сегодня дама в Доверенности не увидела слова почта и отказалась выдавать мне письмо. Вопрос к начальнику данного почтового отделения: Вы где набираете таких бестолочей? Строка со словами- Получать любого рода корреспонденцию, вам не достаточно? Я предоставила два паспорта, доверенность со словами, что он мой супруг и я всегда получаю вместо него., ответ дамы, что она не против нашей любви просто умиляет. Отправьте вашу сотрудницу в Камеди клаб, возможно юморить у неё лучше получится, чем работать с людьми. Отвратительное, обслуживание.

Ужасное отделение постоянно закрыто на технический перерыв. Оператор всегда одна говорит неуспеваю и так каждый день.

09.07.2020 Пришли за посылкой с 13:00 до 14:00 обед, пришли после 16:00 работник почты грубый, никакой информации о том что учёт или инкосация нет. Говорим: "Здравствуйте" - работник молчит, глаза подняла она и сразу ответ на тоне: " Я до 17:00 не принимаю, работников нет". В следующий раз будет записано видео, далее передадим в ппк в вк огласке.

Пришла посылка, почта не работает, телефон не отвечает, информация о днях работы непонятная. Расчёт только наличными, когда везде уже расплачиваются картами, очень неудобно. В условиях пандемии почта работает, как я поняла, только 2 дня в неделю, значит будет много народу, а я не хочу ни с кем соприкасаться!

13.02.2016 местное время 17.17. по графику режима работы 53 почтовое отделение должно работать до 19.00. но по указанному в справке телефону (+73846650059) трубку никто не берёт !? То ли телефон отключили, то ли все ушли домой.
