Ужасное обслуживание! Ни письма, ни смс о том, что пришла посылка! Простояла в очереди час и так ничего не получила! Написано, в первое окно по записи, но нет, все по записи идут во 2 окно и без очереди! Вы вообще для чего там сидите?! Люди оплачивают посылки, но не могут получить! Век технологий на дворе, а они, как черепахи. Очень долго! Раз не справляетесь, пусть курьер разносит посылки!!!

Отрицательный отзыв организационной работе. К сотрудникам вопросов нет. Но почему, когда час пик, и очень много народа, особенно в момент пандемии, из четырёх окон, в которых есть сотрудники, работает одно??? И вся очередь и на улице и внутри стоит в ожидании полтора часа! Другие сотрудники не сидят на месте, я вижу, что они заняты другой работой. Но вопрос к управлению почты России: что у вас происходит с организацией работы?? Вы что-нибудь знаете об этом? Почему на час пик нельзя открыть несколько окон, почему нельзя отдельных сотрудников на обработку и приём почты, другие рабочие вопросы, посадить? Что они только этим занимались? Это возмутительно! Люди орут на операторов, которые тут явно не причём. Зарплату им не платите, так ещё и нервы калечите людям, и своим сотрудникам и посетителям. Удивляюсь, как к вам вообще идут работать, наверно от безысходности! Под таким предводительством только бомжатник содержать!

Отвратительное заведение, часовые очереди, чтобы забрать посылку стою в очереди уже 45 минут, неужели нельзя принять еще сотрудников на работу, или обучить нынешних двигаться быстрее. Сейчас самый дорогой ресурс это время. Еще ни на одной почте такого не встречала
