Хорошая почта! В городе такого нету, все оперативно стараются выполнить операторы. Очереди если и есть, то небольшие и быстро проходят. Моя оценка 5!

Очень хороший персонал,вежливый,доступно все могут обьяснить.Очень довольна обслуживанием,очень часто получая посылки,могу сказать что этим операторам очень часто приходиться сталкиваться с неадекватами,но они стойко выдерживают все! Умнички! Почта по обработки максимально быстра,доставка в срок.

Пришёл за бандеролью (оплаченной полностью), спросили есть ли у меня с собой паспорт, мол без него никак. Именно его с собой не было, было фото и наизусть выученные данные, необходимые для заполнения. Но нет, сказали идти за документом. Сходил. На месте был уже другой оператор. Я говорю так мол и так, получить нужно бандероль, за паспортом вот ходил. Мне молча распечатали уведомление и говорят, заполняйте. Паспорт не смотрели, их устроила сама фраза, что он со мной.))) ну а так всё довольно оперативно.

Это вечная проблема, думаю из-за этого мои посылки с Китая не доходят, точнее доходят, но не до меня😔 Мне выдали чужую посылку, обнаружила это только дома, благо был 📱на посылке, отдала хозяйке.

Так-то они правильно делают, требуя паспорт. А вот второй оператор не права. Потом люди удивляются, куда делась их посылка.

Так уже давно везде вместо паспорта отправляют код на номер телефона, который в программе регаешь у них, разве нет? Уже год на почтах не спрашивают паспорта, только смс-код
