Постоянно меняется график работы. Это прям беда этого отделения. Причем персонал почты говорит, что завтра работаем до 19-00 - я прихожу завтра в 18-00 уже закрыта почта и на двери новое (распечатанное на принтере) расписание прилеплено, где написано, то что они работают до 17-00. Все праздники и не праздники какие-то выходные... Письмо, которое лежит у них в мешках не могу забрать уже два дня (два рабочих дня)! Причем дошло оно за двое суток до этого отделения из другого города... Бардак. Может численности персонала не хватает, чтобы своевременно перебрать письма, а может ещё чего... По общению и вежливости вроде нормально всё, а письмо не отдают) И не в первый раз такой бардак, поэтому и решил отзыв написать. Наверно, стоит уже что-то предпринять персоналу данного отделения и работать более продуктивно и со стабильным расписанием. Вообщем почтовое отделение "так себе"...

Отвратительно. О рабочем времени узнаешь, когда в само отделение приходишь. В 2гисе написано с 10:00, а на их двери наклеено - с 11:00. Причем на двери внутри - снова с 10:00. Что за дезинформация? В каком веке живем, чтобы ходить по дверям, по столбам указы читать?

Отвратительнее обслуживание. Мало того, что ужасный график работы у офиса. Так ещё и хамят. И мне по телефону отказываются говорить информацию о моей же посылке, поступила она или нет, т.к горячая Линия говорит одно, а по факту звонишь в данный офис и сталкиваешься с хамством и со всем другую информацию узнаёшь! Ужасно!!!

По мне так нормальное отделение. Часто получала посылки с али и на очереди почти никогда не попадала. Неудобно только что обед тогда же когда и у всех, на почтамте было проще - могла в перерыве сбегать и забрать

А вот этому отделению прям 5 баллов. Достаточно вежливая сотрудница, хоть и одна. Работает терминал, что в наше время уже должно быть само собой. Желаю терпения работникам данного отделения. Люди в очереди конечно не терпеливые. Из минусов - нет электронной очереди, но я так поняла, это сейчас везде на почте(
