в декабре 2020г записался предварительно на время чтоб не стоять в очереди в окно 1 пришел там сообщили идите между 5 го и 6 окна там говорит ждите я занята или идите в 6 окно в 6ом уже говорят " у меня очередь " стойте ждите. Уважаемое руководства Омского отделения зачем Вам предварительная запись если в 119 отделении нужно стоять в очереди они не принимают по времени!!!!!!!

Очень приветливый персонал! Пока заполняла бумаги обратила внимание, что все работницы работают быстро и хорошо, всем все объясняют подробно, никто не сидел без дела. Даже очередь не образовалась, хотя люди шли. Приятно удивлена этим отделением)

Ужасное отделение, хаос, барак. Не компетентные и хамское отношение. Ни какой субардинации отвечают как будто ты к ним домой пришла милостыню просить. Интеллектом работники своим не блещут.

Сотрудница из отдела Почтабанк Масягина М. единственный за мою сознательную жизнь человек, относящийся к ПР, который не взбесил ни разу за продолжительный период нахождения в отделении. Грамотная, адекватная женщина, которая не отталкивает своим поведением и вызывает только положительные эмоции. Скорее всего у неё есть даже высшее юридическое образование! И знания в своей профессиональной сфере! Замечательная барышня, выпишите ей кто-нибудь премульку хоть какую-нибудь что ли!!!

Ужасающий филиал ужасающей компании. Молодая сотрудница данного отделения ввела в заблуждение мою пожилую маму навязав ей ненужные услуги как обязательные. При этом стоимость отправки посылки выросла в два раза. Обращение с электронной жалобой в ГО в Москву было зарегистрировано, потеряно, снова зарегистрировано, но прошло уже полгода и ни ответа ни привета. Не тратьте время на их внутреннюю службу жалоб, она бесполезна - идите сразу в суд, не забывайте видеофиксировать все общение с сотрудниками.
