Ужасно! Очереди километровые. Из 6 окон работает всегда только 2 окна. Работники натуральное хамло. Почтальоны не работают! Извинения и письма недоставляют

Жаль, что нельзя поставить «-»!!!!! Начали что-то делать только после того как попросил жалобную книгу. Работают на полном безразличии, постоянно очередь, но персонал постоянно чем-то занят!!!! Кроме обслуживания!!! Электронная очередь не работает, все в общую идут и кто посылки получать и те кто платить ЖКХ.

Забирал посылки сказал, что должна ещё быть одна,сказали что больше нет . Пришёл домой вижу отметку в компьютере что посылка получена, пришлось идти обратно ругаться сразу нашли. И часто меняют время работы приходишь а они бумажку вешают что работают с 10часов. Худшее отделение 644109!

Иногда слышишь: «Почта России» и этим все сказано. Да, интерьер оставляет желать лучшего. Но работники молодцы! Последнее время слышу: « спасибо,пожалуйста,здравствуйте, до свидания» ну стараются же! Была удивлена,что стеллажи с товаром стоят без присмотра. Доверие в наше время это редкость! Вот ремонт бы не мешало сделать!

Идиотизм! Забрать пакет по извещению стоять общую очередь с теми кто платит комуналку! По всему городу натыкали терминалы а затем их везде поотключали. Гореть в аду тем кто это организовал!
