Заехал как то в... и попал почти в СССР... :-) НО не смотрите на одёжку, самое главное, что внутри! А внутри очень хороший персонал, очень быстро всё нашли, подсказали, даже номер зарегистрировали чтоб СМСки приходили. ... Спасибо! \ А вот руководству, до которого не достать сделал бы выговор!!! Знаю как в центральных на показ всё, знаю и как и там же за кадром, но оставим это на совесть тех у кого её нет... а деньги есть... Таких отделений к сожалению не мало и их могли бы немного подремонтировать, не так это и дорого бы вышло.... Ну не чего, самое главное чтоб люди там оставались хорошими. \

Какое то разводилово на этой почте, хотя скорее всего везде так. Принесла книгу, чтобы взвесили и подсчитали сколько будет стоить пересылка. Оператор, сама начальница опс Меленскова Э.В., сказала не дороже 150 руб. В результате, когда пришла отправлять, сумма увеличилась больше, чем вдвое. Сумма наложенного платежа была 400, получается 350 за пересылку и прочие тарифы, стоимость упаковки 80р. вобще шла отдельно, не в чеке, почему то в первый раз при подсчете оператор этого всего не учла. На просьбу объяснить отчего выросла стоимость, начались какие то невнятные отмазы, из которых ровном счетом ничего не было понятно. Т.к. за мной стояла немалая очередь разбираться не стала. Сделала вывод, что работники почты только и стараются втюхать какие то скрытые дополнительные услуги, за счет которых увеличивается стоимость. Иначе как еще объяснить эту обдираловку я не знаю.
