Не были у вас очень много лет, т. к. услугами вашими не пользуемся. И вот такие впечатления. Пришли сегодня на почту 10.02 в 13:16 местного времени (см. фото чека). Зал был пустым, и обстановка напоминала сельскую почту времён СССР. Подходим, выбираем газеты, оператор сидит на месте. Выбрали, положили на стойку для оплаты. Оператор поднимается с места, взяв бумаги, и уходит. Видимо, мы были для нее невидимками в этот момент. Стоим, ждем, паримся, не лето все же. Приходит. Берет газеты, и тут является другой сотрудник, и начитается беседа между ними. Ждем, паримся. Ожидание стало невыносимым. Не выдерживаю: «Девушка, обслужите нас наконец! Мы торопимся!». Не прерывая разговора с коллегой, оператор начала пробивать наши газеты. Возмущена до предела таким бескультурьем. Ни уважения как к человеку в возрасте, ни как к клиенту. А всё от безнаказанности за свою работу! Позор «ПОЧТЕ РОССИИ»!

Отличное отделение. Сотрудницы вежливые, работают оперативно. Всё приходит в сроки, так что не верьте байкам что ждать посылку больше года😁
