Всё-таки как далеко шагнула Почта России за последние годы! Отделения отремонтировали, появились современные сервисы, мобильное приложение, получать письма, посылки стало куда удобнее, чем несколько лет назад. В частности, в этом отделении никогда не ждала в очереди больше 5 минут - по-моему прекрасный результат работы сотрудников и руководства. Раньше жили в старом Кировске, там можно было и больше часа прождать в очереди. На улице. Так что здесь просто невероятно отлаженная работа. 👍

В принципе претензий к филиалу не было, но за последний месяц столкнулся с крайне поздней доставкой извещений о заказных письмах. Одно извещение пришло в последний день, другое в предпоследний. На попытку выяснить "а почему?" руководитель почтового отделения с невозмутимым видом "отшила": сами, мол, виноваты, нужно чаще проверять почтовый ящик. А я его и так два раза в день проверяю, куда ещё чаще?!

Отделение Конева 28/2 пропадают посылки,при этом ставится отметка о получении.Попытки разобраться присекаются на корню,"унас все нормально идите жалуйтесь" и больше с вами не разговаривают.Почему то это возникает в одну смену,старшая Наталья. От услуг этого отделения отказался и всем советую.

Большая очередь, электронная очередь не работает, работают два окна, хотели отправить посылку - начали навязывать отправку курьером за тысячу рублей, мы отказались - сказали, тогда сами заполняйте все на сайте, потом подходите. Спросили стоимость пакета для отправлений - сказали ну сто с лишним, я точно не знаю, а посмотреть у меня времени нет, будете отправлять, мы вам скажем стоимость. Это что вообще за работа.
