Был сегодня 14.12.2020 Ужасно, один оператор, он выдаёт заказы, принимает письма, оплачивает квитанции за коммуналку. Другая зашла в зал и на просьбу отпустить людей ( их было очень много, в том числе и на улице) ответила что ей не когда, разбирает почту... Руководителю данного филиала хочу донести , что на дворе не 2006 год и работать по старому не получится! Издевательство над людьми....

Хорошее отделение, вежливый персонал, начальник хороший и добрый. Заместитель Виктория хорошая и помогла мне с вопросом. Операторы делают свою работу правильно.

Итак, отправили посылку через это отделение. Служба авиационной безопасности в аэропорту посылку завернула, и вернулась она в отделение. За пересылку мы заплатили 11718 рублей. В отделении сделать перерасчет и вернуть часть денег нам отказались. Также начальник отделения (фамилию нам не стала озвучивать) отказалась дать письменный отказ в возврате денег, также о том, что мы могли написать заявление о возврате, не проинформировала. За всей инфомарцией посылала нас куда только можно. В итоге пришлось узнавать все через горячую линию. Абсолютно некомпетентные сотрудники отделения. События происходили 05 сентября 2020 г.
