Пришлось немного подождать по времени свою посылку, но все в пределах разумного. Думаю, 15-20 минут - норма. Оператор Екатерина вообще выше всяких похвал. Улыбчивая, дружелюбная, общительная девушка. Побольше бы таких работников нашей дорогой почты)))

Отправили мне посылку 1 класса. Почта обязана доставить посылку 1 класса за 5 дней (это у них так положено, и денежку они берут за такую доставку примерно в 3 раза больше). Итого имеем: доставка посылки более 30 дней (просто где то провалялась месяц), это вместо заявленных 5 дней. На сайте почты написано, что можно получить возмещения за такую супер доставку, и персонал почты сделал все, чтобы не принять заявление на возмещение (послали по известному адресу, но вежливо). Номер трека, кому интересно, 68597128792640.

Отвратительно медленно. Работают 2 окна из обещанных 5. Чтобы получить посылку, занявшее по времени 30 секунд, мне потребовалось прождать около часа. Белиссимо.
