В 2020 году решилась отправить посылку в Германию по итогу посылка вернулась обратно а причиной возврата было неполное оформление документации. В процессе общения с операторами пришла к выводу что работают люди спустя рукава и в принципе не знают своей работы . На все мои вопросы отвечают что не знают, с таким сталкиваются впервые и нужно спросить у начальника почтового отделения.

Очень интересно, куда смотрит руководство, сотрудники не носят бейджики с именем, один оператор, по фамилии Акылбекова регулярно общитывает людей, на просьбы пересчитать, оскорбляет, потом оказывается она ошиблась, но слов с извинениями она не говорит, для неё это слишком сложно. Постоянно говорит, что нет сдачи и люди по 30-40 минут ждут. Ужасное отношение к людям, регулярные жалобы, но не чего не меняется. Очень жаль, что такое отношение к людям не присекается.

Умудрились отдать мой мелкий пакет другому человеку, который только после вмкрытия позвонил и сказал, мол заберите, нам дали по ошибке. Администратор в ответ на вопрос как это случилось начала кричать дурниной. Совершенно не умеют с людьми разговаривать. Ждал посылку, уведомление пришло только через месяц с подписью, что 4тое по счету. В этот же день позвонили сказали будут отправлять назад. Хотя до этого не было не одного уведомления.
