Я уже давно смирилась с хамством, очередями и долгой доставкой. Но уж если вы работаете с 9 утра, то измените вывески! Не у всех есть куча свободного времени, чтобы бегать или ждать вас

Работают хамки! Бабушке не принесли пенсию в положенный день, хотя она весь день ждала дома у окна! Пошла вторая неделя как о ней никто не вспоминает! Позвонила на почту, слушать не стали трубку бросили. Желаю вам такого же обслуживания в других социальных сферах, как вы оказываете!!!

Оставлю отзыв об отделении почты на Пушкина 43. Вот не зря же нашу почту России все ругают... не может быть дыма без огня.. Сегодня пришел к началу рабочего дня данного отделения, т.е. к 8.00 часов. Думал, что получу посылку и успею на работу к 9ти. Но ведь не может все быть хорошо на почте России ! Эта контора придумана специально какими то извращенцами и мазохистами ! Я уже в это не сомневаюсь ! Через десять минут стояния в очереди за бабками, которые получают пенсию, я слышу от сотрудников, что они не могут продать конверт женщине, потому что почта работает с 9.00 часов, а не с 8.00, а сейчас они просто выдают пенсию. На мой вопрос - могу ли я получить посылку был получен дружный ответ (практически в один голос), что почта работает с 9.00 час. Дак какого же чл-е-на у Вас расписание работы на стене здания с 08.00 часов !!! Вы напишите жирными буквами, что пенсию выдаете тогда то, все остальное (посылки, конверты) тогда то !!!!!!! Что вы народ путаете постоянно ! Ид- иоты, сэр ! Итог: потерянное время, испорченное настроение.

Они исправились! Теперь адекватный рабочий график, почти нет очередей и операторы как-то живее работать стали. Была там 4 раза в этом году и диву даюсь))
