Вечно не дозвониться. Телефон придуман неизвестно для какой цели. Кассир Ирина кудрявые девушка очень грубая и за 3 минуты до обеда (рабочее время, люди стоят в очереди) не выдала из корзины посылку, причём заполнять ничего не нужна. Пошла на принцип и сказала чтобы я шла вон отсюда, у неё обед. Понимаю что только закончились праздники, и желания работать нет, но все таки надо поднять свою 5 точку и пронести её не только на путь к еде, но и на работу. Тем более целый час обеда впереди. Неужели трудно. Плохо, плохо, плохо. Как и все в России. Было бы - 10 поставила бы именно эту оценку.

Постоянно очередь. Персонал работает медленно. На телефонные звонки почти никогда не отвечают. Обращение с клиентами либо грубое, либо носит характер жалоб на низкую зп и тяжёлую жизнь. Из общей удручающей картины выбиваются только две более усердные и приветливые сотрудницы. Одна в в очках, а другая – обаятельная девушка с бейджиком "Ирина". Однажды отправил заказное письмо с уведомлением буквально на расстояние 4-х кварталов. Уведомление о вручении письма пришло только спустя месяц. Риторический вопрос: Каким интересно транспортом доставляли письмо с ул. Советской на ул. К. Мяготина и уведомление о вручении с улицы К. Мяготина на улицу Советскую целый месяц?
