Переехала в Академгородок и теперь часто посещаю это почтовое отделение. Всегда, когда прихожу туда- попадаю в "совок". Операторы обсуждают свою личную жизнь громко, эмоционально, прямо при клиентах и во время обслуживания клиентов. Это та ситуация, когда девушку из деревни можно вывезти, а деревню из девушки сложно. Где этика обслуживания и элементарное уважние..

ждал в очереди из двух человек 25 минут (с 18-10 до 18-40 07.05.2018). При этом одна из двух операторов почти всё это время беседовала со своим знакомым создавая видимость работы. В итоге получить посылку не смог. Оператор заполняя мои данные не смогла провести оплату. Звонить в техподдержку не стала - просто отправили и всё... без объяснения причин. Доставка сработала великолепно, но отсутствие квалификации операторов совсем не на высоте.

Хорошее отделение почты! Вежливые сотрудники и не особо длинные очереди и . Регулярно получал здесь посылки, все приходило в целости, не терялось.

А я очень люблю наше почтовое отделение. там есть прекрасный человек Любовь - просто супер. И по сравнению с другими почтовыми отделениями наше точно самое-пресамое. Всем работникам почты привет))
