Вполне нормальное почтовое отделение, персонал вежливый и внимательный. Просторный зал для посетителей. Работу свою выполняют в полном объеме. 4 * ремонт требуется , но это не в силах персонала!!!

16.02.22 поступил звонок с почты, с претензией, что я не забираю посылки. Сходила ещё раз проверила почтовый ящик. Извещения нет. Кому, кому, но точно не вам предъявлять претензии.

12.05.2022г получил уведомление "Отправление ожидает в отделении № 630121 Невельского ул, 61". Пришел в отделение 12.05.2022г в 12-00ч. Обратился к сотруднику отделения № 630121 Невельского ул, 61, с просьбой выдать посылку по номеру получения: 80510272458ххх. Сотрудник почты отказал в выдаче посылки ссылаясь на неправильное оформление сотрудниками почты документов.

Добрый день! В ужасе от работы этого отделения. 20 января позвонила работница этого отделения и сказала, что у меня посылка из Гонконга и срок хранения истек. Могу ли я сегодня получить до 20-00. Я сказала, что нет т. к .нахожусь на работе до 22-00, но посылка нужна, она оплачена. На что мне ответили, что отправят ее обратно. На вопрос почему не было извещений и звонков в течении месяца хранения, ответили, что я сама должна была отслеживать и бросили трубку. Попытки дозвонится и решить этот вопрос оказались бесполезны. В отделении трубку не брали, на общем номере бесполезный робот. Уважаемые работники, с каких это пор рассылка извещений не входит в ваши обязанности и что это за халатное отношение к своей работе? Руководство прошу разобраться в этом вопросе. Очень недовольна.
