Ужасное обслуживание стало в этом отделении. Года 2 назад было намного лучше, приходила дважды отправляла посылки в межгород, и все было хорошо. Оператор была молодая девушка, приятная в общении и вежливая. В этом году пришла 10 марта 2025 года, чтобы отправить посылку. Оператор, женщина лет 60, полная блондинка нагрубила мне, вела себя очень нагло, разговаривала со мной в грубой и хамской манере. у меня не оказалось с собой паспорта, а QR-код найти не могла в мобильном телефоне, были чисто технические сложности. поскольку во 1-х нет опыта такого, во вторых были трудности с загрузкой приложения ПР. Пока пыталась найти выход, со мной разговаривали в повышенном тоне. На просьбу не кричать на меня, а лучше помочь меня стали игнорировать, зазывая стоящих после меня в очереди людей. Когда со мной вопрос не был решен. потом снова стали повышать тон. Вышла еще одна женщина, 2-й оператор возможно. Но точно не знаю. Стала тоже обругивать меня. Мне уже начинало становиться плохо, я хроник-астматик,началась одышка. Когда попросила в который раз уже не кричать на меня, а то мне сейчас может стать совсем плохо, оператор мне сказала с ухмылкой на лице, издевательским тоном: "Ничего, станет плохо, рядом тут 11-я больница, дойдете!" В итоге меня довели там до слез. А я человек достаточно выдержанный по характеру. Но тут просто "добили" как говориться. Подытоживая, если у Вас будут какие-то сложности при отправке посылки, Вам в этом отделении не помогут, а будут кричать на Вас и грубить. Может быть, если все с Вашей посылкой и приложением ПР у Вас будет в порядке, и Вам удастся отправить посылку. и может быть, Вам повезет, и на Вас не наорут как на меня

Работают, как хотят. На установленный график работы, который висит справа от входа они забили. Придумали свой, в котором сократили себе рабочий день. Сделали, как удобно им, а не клиентам.
