Всегда оооочень много народа, большая очередь, чтобы забрать или отправить посылку приходится стоять в очереди больше часа

Почта, а нельзя как то упростить платежи и наложенные платежи, посылки можно получать по придожению, может быть и платить как то можно придумать чтобы было по проще. При мне бабуля на теле2 себе соточку ложила, дак толмутбумаг распечатали подписали, 20 чеков и времени пол часа. Это что такое?! Про наложенный платеж вообще молчу, его оплатить как кредит оформить, хорошо справки собирать не нужно.

Девушками на обслуживании клиентов внимательная обслуживает хорошо но почему одно окно работает? Народ в очереди стоит по часу а выдача посылки 30 секунд. Хотелось бы чтобы обслуживал не одна девушка а как минимум 2 а окна.

Девушки на Почте работают нормально. Но вот к доставке вопросы!!! Мне сегодня посылка с али экспресс кинули прямо в почтовый ящик. Это вообще нормально?

Мне тоже всегда мелкие в почтовый ящик кидают. И не важно закрывается он на ключ или нет 🤷🏻‍♀️ Но меня это особо не беспокоит, меньше ходить куда-то.
