Сотрудник данного отделения отказался выдавать мне отправление по паспорту, навязывал установку приложения для предъявления qr-кода, а если нет возможности установить, то нужно писать довереность Сказал, что информация на сайте, где написано, что я могу получить писмо по паспорту, устаревшая Лучше сразу звонить на горячуюю линию почты при них По паспорту они обязаны отдавать

Худший пункт выдачи. Работает одно окно, чтобы просто пикнуть и получить товар нужно простоять час в очереди. Ещё веселее когда люди узнают что надо приложение скачивать и ещё на полчаса это затягивается всё. В чем проблема придумать для выдачи оплаченных товаров автоматическую систему или хотя бы просто посадить второго человека в окно

В данном отделении оператор Роман не работает с клиентами , которые предъявляют паспорт. Требует только код. Пришёл клиент ,простоял в очеререди , предъявил паспорт, а ему не оказывают услуги . Не отправить ничего не может , не получить. И ушёл клиент не соло нахлебавши. Зав .отделением поддерживает такое поведение оператора. Хотя знает, что он нарушает закон. На сайте почты РФ написано, что клиент может показать удостоверение личности или код. По горячей линии также операторы говорят, что по паспорту должны выдавать посылки и отправлять. Жалобную книгу не даёт, положение , которое регламентирует его отказ не даёт. Никак не объясняет свои действия. Просто не работает с людьми по паспорту и ухмыляется. Грозит только охраной. В рабочее время закры вает отделение. Люди придут , или приедут , постоят, постоят перед дверью и уходят.

При получении посылок выдали не всё посылки. Воруют содержимое. Проверяйте внимательнт. Дерзят, не объясняют пропажу посылок.
