Ходила в это отделение отправлять и сдавать посылки. Раз 6-7 там была, всё отлично, очередь редко бывает. Сотрудники всегда улыбаются, общаются вежливо. Каких-либо проблем не возникало. Ну может, конечно, мне везло.

Объясните пожалуйста сотрудникам для чего существует услуга оформления и оплаты онлайн !! Для того, чтобы не стоять в очереди ! Услуга так и называется СДАТЬ БЕЗ ОЧЕРЕДИ. Приходишь, оставляешь и уходишь !! Только в единственном вашем отделении просят ждать и стоять ! Молчу уже про претензии к коробкам. Где доступный потребителю регламент того, как должны выглядеть коробки? Нет такого. Ну бред полный! Еще стоят и убеждают, что это не предоплаченный, а предзаполненный стойте ждите ! Ну уберите тогда услугу сдать без очереди. 1000 раз уже сдавала посылки нигде не просят ждать пока оператор оформит!

Оооо, эта почта знакома мне с самого детства, еще времен СССР. Я наблюдала ее в самых разных состояниях. И очень часто в памяти всплывают очереди и долгое ожидание (что объяснимо, оформить те же посылки долго). Сейчас стала обращаться туда достаточно регулярно и могу сказать только хорошее. Очередь двигается быстро, во всех окошечках сидят специалисты, все очень вежливо, в случае затруднений объясняют и помогают))) Отдельное спасибо от меня Надежде, она мне принимала у меня уже несколько раз достаточно сложные отправления. Все квалифицированно, доброжелательно, с максимальной готовностью помочь))) Рекомендую всем почтовым отделениям равняться на это)))

Не понимаю, за что это отделение так не любят. Лучшее в моей жизни. Когда бы ни пришла, нет очереди. Работники !здороваются!, !УЛЫБАЮТСЯ!, вежливо отвечают на все вопросы. Все понятно, быстро, качественно и очень доброжелательно. Ну и 5 минут ходьбы от Горского (быстрым шагом в удобных кроссовках :Р).
