Работают не компетентные сотрудники, почему-то посылки не откладывают по адресу, мелкие посылки странным образом не могут до меня добраться.

Новое, чистое отделение. Работает один человек, сегодня только выдавали посылки. Отравить ничего нельзя было, т. к. Сотрудник один и ничего не успевает. Почему сократили штат? В связи с чем это связано? Поток людей очень большой, рядом мкр. Весенний, который скоро станет ещё больше. Почта- это не только посылки, но много и других операций. График работы изменился: среда выходной, перерыв с 13:00 до 15:00. Лучше уточняйте часы работы перед походом в отделение.

Это просто полнейший дебилизм,днём 04,12,19 позвонили спросили по ФИО я это или нет и попросили придти в отделение забрать мелкий пакет из китая.Я бегу туда после 18-00 чтобы успеть до закрытия(работают они до 19)стою в очереди минут 15,доходит до меня,говорю звонили,адрес.А мне говорят нету ни чего на ваше имя. На вопрос,а зачем вы тогда людям звоните,пожали плечами.

Отличное отделение! Всегда без толпы, толчеи и очередей. Вежливые, очень приятные сотрудники, которые всегда помогут, подскажут, объяснят. Причем по любой проблеме , начиная от затерявшегося письма, заканчивая сложными отправлениями. Поэтому хочется пожелать процветания, выразить огромную благодарность работникам за их труд, начальству же обратить внимание на кадровый состав - ценить, поощрять и беречь!
