Вечные очереди, сотрудники хомят, четыре раза пыталась забрать посылку, простояла сорок минут в очереди, так и не забрала в этом отделени они не заканчиваются.

Мне жаль, что нельзя поставить ноль. Сотрудник этого отделения Сумская Юлия меня просто поразила до глубины души своим хамским поведением. Я понимаю, что после праздников тяжело работать, но ты за это деньги получаешь, так будь добра выполнять свою работу хорошо и не хамить клиенту. Ответы на свои вопросы я услышала только с пятого раза, потому что эта дама вместо того, чтобы слушать клиента, в ответ только брызжала кислотой и недовольством. Испортить человеку настроение за пять минут? Легко! Обращайтесь в первое окно.
