Заказал доставку до двери мелкого пакета, позванила почтальон в часов 12,сказала что придёт часов в 17, уже почти 19:00 а её нет, а в приложении указано что посылку я уже получил, безответственная ложь, ужасная работа.

Иногда получаем посылки из Китая. В этот отделении оплаченные посылки, письма выдают в отдельном окне - очень удобно, быстро. Не надо ждать в общей очереди. Персонал приветливый. Спасибо!

Какие бы отзывы не писали, но почта остается почтой. Как было ооочень медленное обслуживание так и остаётся. На все притензии отвечают "не хватает персонала". На ослуживании в данную минуту сидит 1 оператор, а людей 11 человек(по 20 минут на каждого). Очень не нравится данное отделение.
