Пришла посылка,сделала доставку на дом ,в итоги прождала весь день,хотя в приложении написано доставка с 8:00 до 16:00,все мои планы рухнули ,весь день насморку.

Мало того что почта у нас в стране работает как попало, так еще и выходные стали среди недели делать, очереди пол беды, в самом отделении находиться неприятно - вонь, облезлые стены, непонятные услуги по выдуманным принципам... чем дальше тем хуже

То что очередь постоянная и в отделении находишься минимум по 30 минут это пол беды, к этому я привык. Теперь у них действуют навязанные услуги!!! Они не хотят и категорически отказываются отправлять простое заказное письмо, а могут отправить только первым классом или EMC. Приказ начальника почты. На горячей линии говорят, что такого быть не может. Написал жалобу в книгу предложений (она не пронумерованная и на жалобы там никто не отвечает) !!! Оставил жалобу на горячей линии. Теперь ждем ответ!
