Наше второе отделение связи! Долго приходится стоять в очереди! Очень медленное обслуживание. Работают два оператора связи, а обслуживание посетителей идёт медленными темпами! Передо мной одну посылку выдавали минут 30 а очередь росла, второй сотрудницы на месте не было, через полчаса появилась.

С Алиэкспресс пришло оповещение,что посылка в отделение,но отделении мне ответили,что ее нет и не найти концы,так и потерялась посылка

Ужасно! Положили в ящик посылку, которая б туда никак не влезла, пакет разорван и пустой (ящик закрытый всегда). Пришла к ним разбираться, на что мне ответили какой пришёл так и положила! Буду писать жалобу!!!

Отвратительная работа. Мама пришла получить товар. Потом изучили чек дома. В ТИХУШКУ НАВЯЗАЛИ И ВЗЯЛИ ОПЛАТУ ЗА СТРАХОВАНИЕ!!! Это НЕ законно!!! Не предупредили, не спросили, да и страхование чего???? обратного перевода поставщику??? Вы чего там совсем обнаглели???
