Пришёл, поздоровался, подошёл к окну, где была уже другая клиентка.. и какая-то грубая бабуля (сотрудница) за окном начала мне дерзить мол не взяли талон, да ещё так с "высока" смотрела и общалась, промолчал. Взял талон, подошёл к окну, где была другая сотрудница. Обсудили вопрос о посылке, которая пришла и была не обработана, как я понял. Отправили меня до вечера. Во-первых меня вывело из себя поведение этой сотрудницы, кто мне дерзил, да ещё и лезет в разговор с другой сотрудницей и продолжает дерзить, во-вторых мне не понятно, почему ещё заказ был не готов к выдаче, хотя СМС-оповещение пришло. В целом хорошее отделение, в 3-х минутах от дома, быстрое обслуживание (как-то раз отправлял документ), но сотрудники пусть соблюдают субординацию.

В почтовый ящик положили чужое письмо. Решила отнести на почту, чтобы его отправили обратно адресанту. У сотрудницы данного отделения было такое лицо, словно она объелась кислой капусты и ей очень плохо, а тут я мешаю. В помощи отказала, потому что адрес к ним, якобы, не относится, отнесите адресанту сами!!!! Мозг мне запудрила знатно. Я только потом поняла, что адресант - это организация, принять должны были в любом отделении почты России и отправить обратно. Я могу принять только одно из двух. Либо сотрудника с недовольным лицом, но четко выполненной работой. Либо приветливого сотрудника, который старается, но лажает. Но плохо выполненная работа и кислая мина уже чересчур для меня. Жаль, не запомнила имя сотрудницы. Таких ударников производства люди должны знать!
