Одна женщина с короткими светлыми волосами тупая овца, пришел за посылкой, в отслеживании написано что пришла, говорит что нету. Говорю что вот же написано что пришла, показывает монитор говорит что вы видите что нет??? Я говорю такого не может быть, она говорит вот когда придёт смс тогда и приходите. Я говорю посмотрите хотя бы по адресу, проверьте она отказалась и говорит что посылки нет. Пошел домой, вижу в почте два извещерия, взял их подошел к другой сотруднице и она сразу отдала все.

В отделении работают отзывчивые люди, которые всегда идут навстречу. Очередь обслуживают быстро и всегда улыбаются и помогают. Везде бы так;) потому что как раз сегодня я оставила жалобу касательно работы технической поддержки, которая даёт недостоверную информацию клиентам.
