Я много раз был в отделения почта России, но данное отделение и работники поразили меня на повал , стереотип о почте России советского времени исчез мгновенно, сложиная и быстрая работа команды, а по другому назвать немогу , все отлично , даже несмотря на очереди, так держать молодцы

Отличное отделение. Много раз забирал там посылки. Очередь проходит быстро всегда работает 3-4 окна. Все довольно быстро и оперативно. (Если вспомнить свой прошлый адрес в центре, то это небо и земля. Там в любой день 10 пенсионеров в очереди, работает чаще всего 1 окно, время ожидания 1 час минимум.)

Очень проблемный и высокомерный персонал, создают очереди специально, номера на бумажках перепрыгивают через 8-10 пунктов и не возможно предугадать сколько стоять толпиться там... Как обычно хорошее дело почта россии делает через серп и молот ....

Вечно теряют мои посылки с алика, то в ящик засунут и сломают вещь в коверте. Об очередях уже вроде не раз говорили. Но зато можно теперь по телефону а не по паспорту посылки забирать

Отправляла письмо заказное с уведомлением 22.07. Спросила у оператора, сколько дней будет доставка по городу. Ее ответ: "1-2 дня, т.е. 23-24 числа будет у клиента". Итог: 24.07 звонила на почту. Ответили, что доставят в течение дня. Письмо доставлено не было. Вечером позвонила еще раз. Сказали, что доставка будет только 27 или 28 числа. Письмо было важное и срочное. Почему ваши операторы настолько не компетентны, что не могут сказать по срокам доставки? Может начнете обучать своих сотрудников, чтобы они не вводили людей в заблуждение, чтобы они знали тот продукт, который продают. Крайне негативное мнение! Подставили.
